Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you submit a requirement or supplier application, we collect the details you enter: name, company, company email, mobile number and requirement details, plus any documents you email to us. We also record the page you submitted from, campaign parameters in the link you arrived on (such as utm_source), and the time of submission.

How we use it

• To review your requirement and contact you about sourcing options.
• To share relevant requirement details and documents with suppliers we approach for that requirement.
• To understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries.

Documents

Documents you email to us are kept privately and shared only with people working on your requirement and with sources approached for it.

Analytics and cookies

With your permission, we use Google Analytics and may use advertising measurement tags (Meta and LinkedIn). These do not run unless you choose “Allow analytics” in the cookie notice. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Retention

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a business relationship, unless you ask us to delete them.
